What will I need to supply?

A completed application form and Photo ID.

What about delivery?

We’ve got it sorted. We’ll deliver your purchases right to your home but not before one of our staff has contacted you – promise. Your delivery will be FREE! (Excluding rural deliveries)

Got the goods – how do you pay?

We’ll set you up with automatic payments, direct debits or cash payments at your local Instant Finance branch.

Got the goods, want to settle early.

No problem at all. Take advantage of our early payment option at any time during the contract and save money.

I’m going to be late on a payment!

Don’t panic, it happens to everyone. Let us know as soon as you know and we’ll make an arrangement that’s good for you to catch up.

Can I give the goods back?

In specific circumstances only. If they’re faulty they’ll be covered under the manufacturers warranty otherwise your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply. Please see our Returns Policy.

What if my new thing breaks?

We only get the best. Samsung, Fisher and Paykel, Panasonic, Apple; and if something goes wrong which is not your fault we’ll have it repaired under warranty or we’ll replace it.
